lg999 Responsible Gaming —
Your control, your decision
Entertainment should be fun, not stressful. lg999 lets you play while staying safe and within your limits at all times.
What is Responsible Gaming?
Gaming is a form of entertainment. Playing responsibly means staying consciously in control of your time, money, and mental wellbeing.
At lg999, we believe online gaming is only enjoyable when it remains a source of fun — not a cause of financial stress or mental distress. That is why following responsible gaming principles is important for every player on our platform.
Responsible gaming means setting your own budget, keeping to set time limits, and seeking help when gaming starts to become a problem. We provide every user with the opportunity and tools to make informed decisions.
Keep in mind
Gaming is never a source of income. It is purely entertainment. Placing more bets to try to recover lost money can make the situation worse.
Core Principles of Responsible Gaming
- Play for entertainment only, not with the expectation of earning money.
- Set a fixed budget before you play and stick to it.
- Do not place more bets in an attempt to "recover" lost money.
- Set a time limit and take breaks.
- Do not play when you are emotional or under stress.
- Do not allow anyone under 21 to open an account.
Our Protective Tools
lg999 has a number of effective measures in place for your safe gaming experience.
Deposit Limit Setting
You can set a daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limit. Once a limit is set, it cannot be increased before the specified period ends, protecting you from overspending.
Time-Out Break
If you feel you need a short break, you can take a time-out ranging from 24 hours to 30 days. During this period, no gaming activity can be carried out on your account.
Self-Exclusion
If you need a longer break, choose self-exclusion. With this option, your account will be completely closed for a set period, and no promotional communications will be sent to you during that time.
Gaming History Review
You can view your complete gaming history and transaction details at any time. This makes it easy to stay aware of your own spending patterns.
Account Verification
Age verification is mandatory when opening an account at lg999. Anyone under 21 cannot register on the platform — this is our firm policy.
24/7 Support
Our support team is always ready to help with any issue. Contact us via live chat in Bengali or English, or by email — responsible gaming support is given priority.
Check Yourself
Ask yourself the questions below. If more than one answer is "yes", consider seeking help.
- Are you spending more than your set budget?
- Are you placing more bets to try to recover lost money?
- Are you hiding your gaming from family or friends?
- Do you feel restless or anxious when you are unable to game?
- Are you spending time gaming while neglecting daily responsibilities?
- Have you fallen into debt or financial difficulty because of gaming?
- Have you tried repeatedly to stop gaming but failed?
